Sable Yachts is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the data required to service your enquiry and to operate our brokerage.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone) via our enquiry, RFQ or account forms.
• Correspondence with your advisor (email, SMS, WhatsApp via Twilio).
• Usage data: pages viewed, yachts saved, search filters applied.
• Payment metadata from Stripe, Coinbase Commerce or BTCPay (we never see card or wallet keys).
• Cookies you have consented to.

How we share data

• Yacht owners and partner brokerages when we relay your enquiry (your advisor always tells you first).
• Processors: Stripe (payments), Coinbase (crypto), Twilio (SMS), Postmark (email).
• Regulators: only on a valid legal demand (subpoena, court order, AML investigation).
• We never sell your personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data: 36 months. Signed contracts + financials: 10 years (statutory). Newsletter opt-out: immediate; we purge within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. Use the Data Request form, we respond within 30 days.
